the alcoholic friends of mine
communicate with beer,
using underground railroads
in the sky and
i locate modern halos
and pass them out
on the pavement---
as i walk by the suicide door
the bear will dance and the
organ will grind whilst
i suck the marrow out and
rape your hollow bones,
then i'll hang my boots to rest-
is this howling at the moon?
the birds don't give a damn
about markets
i need a fix because
i'm going down,
God put a song on your
palm that i can't read and
i'm caught in a pipe
to smoke my own limbs off-
to myself i feel like
the enemy and it seems
only the evil live to see
their likeness in stone--
i just kind of died for you
but your eyes are
piss holes in the snow and
you'll never be pure again,
where my girl are you
sleeping tonight?
this is what they make you
take the medication for---
red light, green light 1,2,3
one large coffee,
fuck you, peace~

"Where my girl are you sleeping tonight" remnicent of an old Leadbelly song covered by Kurt Cobain and Nirvana in one of his last perfomances having found that his wife had been sleeping around. A poem of pain, darkness and hopelessness from betrayal and loss. Powerful words and vivid images reach into the soul
