TO RESCUE WITH VALOR
A dire quest now requires a friend to rescue a friend
To get deep enough into situations to risk awkward
to be brave enough with no vacillation, to go onward
To recognize delicacy, be armed with intricacy, reversing inaccuracy born of those who have come from before , yet still dive straight into the maelstrom, with no detour, advice to heed warnings shrugged off , over run Painting shock on foes faces that think they have won
Realizing this mission , this battle , well it just begun. Extending no quarter no pity offered under this bloody sun. Clueless enemies are vanquished by an army of one , Poised quickly to rescue , to deliver those devils their due
You proceed with pure valor without question or pause, Windmills be damned, you’d March straight through holy hell for this heavenly cause

True friendship is a guardian knot that angel hands have tied .. I forget most of the rest .. but I get your drift and it seemed to fit .. so there and now I'm gonna hide
Bobby I like this poem and its message. A good poem to me does one of two things and hopefully both. It strikes an emotional chord or it opens a new life changing perspective. This one certainly has done the first the second yet to be seen. This speaks to the loyalty of a friendship that is more than most want to give. Today's cardboard friendships are made of flimsier stuff. Well writen and composed (to risk awkward, to go onward) love how these were left in atypical grammer it emphasized the point. The next portion speaks to many qualities that a friend possess' and the rarity of such. A beautiful poem Bobby I don't fav many but this one is
