In whispers soft, the dawn will break,
Embrace the light, let shadows flee,
With every breath, a chance to wake,
Life’s fleeting dance, a gift to see.
The world awaits, a canvas wide,
In whispers soft, the dawn will break,
With open arms, we rise and ride,
With every breathe, a chance to wake.
Through trials faced, the victor’s call,
Embrace the light, let shadows flee,
From dawn’s first light to evening’s fall,
Life’s fleeting dance, a gift to see.

Dawn is always fascinating and full of promise!
Through trials faced, the victor’s call,
Embrace the light, let shadows flee,
From dawn’s first light to evening’s fall,
Life’s fleeting dance, a gift to see.
The interplay of light and dark, dawn to dusk, beautifully choreographed…
Most appreciated, thanks 🙏🏻
Good write A. Not altogether unlinked to the time of All Saints Day, today 1st Nov.
Yes! That is perceivable, thanks! You’re the best O, you too Fido!
As I read this I see the rising and falling of each breath and I think of the breathing of all other creatures large and small even the plants and yes indeed life's dance is indeed a gift to see. Most lovely
Nice Soren! When I was a child I would watch the breathing of living creatures. When school was out I’d be at the farm so I had opportunity to do this observation. Amazing to witness life. Also enjoyed watching Timelapse films of plants and flowers etc.
Each day we awake is so special to us arqios, enjoy every one of them.
Andy
More enjoyable as well when spent with other writing friends!
Superb work.
It cheers me to see people like you that can be so optimistic, something that comes very hard to me. Nice work.
Ay contraire, Mon Ami! I’m typically having to work at it as my bent is to be darkishly sombre. Thanks for that revelatory and much welcomed comment. 🙏🏻
