In any one life
it’s true
there’s bound to be
a fair amount of happiness
and joy
sorrow, grief
insecurities
love, hate
and definitely
misery
not to forget some beautiful madness
if we're incredibly lucky
but still
I have to confess…
I’m so damn glad
I’m not a frickin Cat.

Who would ever want to change their human life for that of a cat? For all of its trials and tribulations our lives are the greatest existence on Earth. I think you posed this very exactly. That cat can look at ''Starry Night" for hours and never comprehend it. Loved your poem. - Phil A.
Thank you so much dear Phil, honoured you have enjoyed this so much. πΉ

Cats are such arrogant creatures Teddy, we are incredibly lucky in our lives Teddy.

I don't want to be a cat dear Andy, I'm just not sure having nine lives is a good thing, maybe for some who get it all right all the time. π€£ Thank you dear friend. πΉ
