Left
with nothing
but heartache
— we run from the pain
Left
with nothing
but promises
— the words in refrain
Left
with nothing
but yesterday
— tomorrow a lie
Left
with nothing
but memories
— a final goodbye

At. First I thought maybe the order should be switched. Yesterday was a lie and tomorrow is what we have but this way is way better because whatever tomorrow is if I leave yesterday right that means I could’ve honored my friends my mother the loved ones that are gone and it’s better you got it right good piece.
Thanks so much, Bobby.
