No sugar

You don’t see the strings on a puppet nowadays
Technology has made them invisible
Magic it brings, CGI is the craze
Cream in bitter coffee, indivisible

Technology seamlessly integrates into our lives, becoming both magical and omnipresent. The poem seems to highlight how these invisible tools shape our perceptions, much like CGI in movies or cream in coffee. It could be a reminder to us to appreciate the subtle yet profound influence of innovation.

Thank you so much for your reading this poem and for your comments. Yes indeed technology makes a big difference sometimes good and sometimes bad. It alerts us to things that are unseen, but also dampens are vision of those things we should see.

I’ve been thinking of writing about Big Sugar lately. And I need to contemplate what you’ve just written. Black magic at work?!

I can drink coffee anyway it is made for me but my preference is Columbian coffee black with no sugar.

As an aside many years ago when I was working in local government we could not ask for black or white coffee it had to be with milk or without milk.
