Masterpieces

Masterpeices

are not

the easiest of

things

to stumble upon

these days ..

Their inner glow

usually

seems to serve

as a beacon

or as a warning

not to try

and precure

someone else’s light ..

Very rare to find one these days, we should try and precure our own light in order to be best seen. Enjoyed the read, Thank you

A poem with a twist a play in the words that reverses the initial take and meaning. I always loved these things and this is another. Like an iceberg the body of the work lies beneath the surface. Lovely

Enjoy the masterpieces that one rarely gets to behold and, rather than stealing someone else's light, produce enough of one's own and shine that outward. Who knows when one's light produces another masterpiece. And, as is oft said, art is always in the eye of the beholder. A masterpiece to one is a garage sale special to another. All the same, well done, my friend! Well done! Love this! 🙏❤️

Oh but wow! Glaring canines and all… what was it called back in the day: a donks smile? I know exact what you mean. And it saddens me to no end; being of friendly mien.

It all depends on how you think of them within yourself Neville, there is still some mastery artwork and music being produced out there for each to enjoy.

And yet there's always at least one or more souls who think to try their hand at it likewise. Fascinating with a haunting, teasing, intrigue and poignancy oh how charming this pretty little number is! Thank you very much for sharing.
