You can't cure my grief
but the love I lost
I can say , with you...
you brought me back to life
my heart recovered ?
as a grief
taken in ancient times
Just like it should.

Nicely done Teddy love can conquer grief of loss and is fertile ground for happiness. .
How very beautiful, you say it far better than I, dearest sorrenbarret, how we all have these emotions at sometime or other, it's thanks to so many of you that I've been able to share and heal. Thank you. 🌹
‘98 here! Happily so, happy to report. But grief is it’s own creature, it’s own process…. And we’ve found of late that there is benefit in grieving alone as well as grieving together (for shared loss). Two aspects of a whole. But that’s just me.
Absolutely agreed dear Arqios I've done it here on my poetry more than anywhere else, thank you so much for your wonderful review. 🌹
Nothing beats being in love, 1967 for me. 🌹
You have indeed my dear A.P and like me you have shared with us, and I for one am truly humbled to have been around to share with you too. 🌹 Thank you dear friend 🌹
Isn't it wonderful how some doors swing both ways. 🌹😉
Touching.
It's very much out of my comfort zone as I am always a bit more reflective at Christmas, I truly appreciate the kindness this has received thank you so much. 🌹
That love and friendship is an absolute blessing Teddy.

Even when I'm close to using my frying pan as a warning... 🤣 Thank you dear Andy. 🌹
