Poetry Called

Tom Dylan

Notice of absence from Tom Dylan
Sorry if there is a delay in responses. Sometimes life gets in the way. As John Lennon said, life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans.

On a snowy January morning

when the festivities felt

so long ago,

there was a knock on my door.

Poetry stood on my doorstep

smiling.

I invited her in and

put the kettle on.

There's nothing quite like an old friend dropping in for a spot of tea and etc, is there? Oh! How delightfully rendered to effect with excellent imagery and a waltzing poignancy. Thank you so very much for sharing.
