The Lord reigns, earth rejoice
And praise Him with one voice
Let all the isles be glad
Not now downcast or sad
For He reigns, judgement and justice
He shall do faithfully, true this
Clouds and darkness surround
Him, enfold Him around
Righteousness, judgement be
His habitation, see
Of His throne, a fire goes before
Him, burns up enemies, 'tis sure
His lightnings they lightened
The world, He does them send
The hills like wax did melt
The Lord's presence they felt
The Lord of the whole earth is He
Now and e'erlastingly shall be
The heavens they declare
His righteousness, it fair
And all the people see
his glory, majesty
Let all be ashamed who idols
Serve, but prosper who on Him calls
