O' I am totally FLABerghasted.
Alas, that pussycat plumb wore me out.
Gave it my best shot while it had lasted.
Ten pounds lighter would'st have caught him no doubt!

I dar'st admit my diet hast been lax.
I got's this bad habit I love to 'munch'.
Come the morrow I shalt give up those snacks.
And only eat veggies and grits for lunch!

I oft' wish my master'd buy a treadmill.
I would get in shape, lose some weight that way.
I could dart quickly right up that big hill.
To catch that dang feline 'twould make my day.
``
Now I shalt nap and rest these weary eyes.
I hope my tongue don't attract many flies?~

That picture looks just like my old dog Butch and the poem has many of his qualities but he was fast out of the blocks but if you beat him in fifty yards he'd give up. Miss that dog. Thanks for the memories
