Reflections

sorenbarrett

Time and space two sides of a face
A mirror reflecting duality
One and the same with a different name
A doppelganger game of reality

Years bent by velocity, size a measure of porosity
Once a particle now reflection of a wave
Fear and thrill climb danger to kill apathy with animosity
while twins love and hate mate, both grow out of mother desire's grave

Good writ SB. Is it that the particles are IN the waves, so that light can be both waves and particles? I'm no scientist, physicist, etc.

    • sorenbarrett

They can be either one at different times as I understand and I am no physicist either but am intrigued by it. Thanks so much Orchi for the read

Delving into the confusing world of science, where all are as one and the same, while at other times they are different, well written read that makes you think, enjoyed the read

Thank you so much for the read and comment yes indeed and is the natural world any different than the emotional?

Your first line has enough imagery for infinity for me, as you know I'm married to a physics doctorate, so I'm going to share this one and come back later, I've been reading this all day kudos my friend I absolutely love every line. I want to see what he says and sees in this, and I'll let you know. 🌹

Thanks so much Teddy I am not a physicist so tell him from a poet its metaphor loosely based on physics and applied to psychology which I am a psychologist and can say that the last two lines do apply.

I knew you'd be modest, and I know who you are and I also know that this is a passion he will probably grunt so watch this space ,I am not a physicists and I love it.

I showed it and he said beautiful he can see the soul on both sides of love and hate 🌹

                        Is it still a mystery?
                        Everything old is new again.

This makes me smile! I've taken a recent interest in physics, and this was quite the joy to read and interpret!
