Notice of absence from arqios

hapless indulgences
animated silences
quiver

hankered imagination
ambiguous synapses
quibble

each way you turn
each thought you churn
new lessons learn
πͺ΄
potted flower plants
line your driveway
mind you don't crush them

Be careful where you let your mind wander, enjoyed the read
Thank you so much. The wandering mind can be as dangerous as a distracted mindππ»ποΈ
You are very welcome
Clever play on words creating expectations that are not met but instead unjustified beliefs become something else. I see this a second level metaphor and message to be careful what you think for it may well be something else. Enjoyed this one
Itβs quite satisfying when these metaphors are uncovered. Thanks Sorenππ»ποΈ
Yes pot plants can be problematic.they are always drying out in summer. There is always depth in your work.Well done
So true about that aspect of the potted garden πͺ΄ thanks mateππ»ποΈ
Some get it, some donβt; a few are on a tangent of their own.
The mind is a long-twisted path...and when one wanders...beware crushing the potted flowers indeed. Well done on this, my friend. And excellent metaphor! πΉπ
Only too glad that worked out. Thank youππ»π
You are most welcome! π
Good write A.
Thanks Oππ»ποΈ
There's a subtle depth in these disarmingly light yet eloquent stanzas, the conclusion too perfect thereby. Charming. Beautifully rendered with excellent imagery and a haunting poignancy. Thank you for sharing.
Thatβs so good to hear. Thanks kindly ππ»ποΈ
Good words arqios we all learn new things going through life.
