Who said that?

sorenbarrett

If a frog had wings it wouldn't have to bump its ass
Cold enough to freeze the balls off a monkey of brass
May you live long enough to see your grave covered with grass
Running from the sun be the one your shadow to pass

Even a blind hog can root up an acorn now and then
Runs as fast as a three legged hen
Faster than a one legged man in a butt kckin contest with ten men
He's so tight, to see Jesus riding a bike, he wouldn't pay a yen

Nicely said.Your poem is a hilarious take on life's ridiculousness, using humor and colloquial language to show that, sometimes, you have to laugh at the absurdity of it all. It's full of over-the-top comparisons and down-to-earth imagery that highlight the quirks of life, the inevitability of aging and death, and the stubbornness of human nature. The subject matter is all about embracing the weirdness of life and finding the humor in our shared human experience. Sometimes a poem's mission is to tickle your funny bone while sneakily dropping some knowledge on human nature and life's ridiculous moments, all via humor and wacky imagery. Humor's like a superhero cape that helps you cope with life's absurdities and challenges. This poem is a playful yet poignant romp through life's quirks, delivered in a voice and style that's all its own.
