Natures S.O.S.

In times of need, Can we all agree, The wars need to cease We all unite in peace

Natures S.O.S.

The Angel's of nature hearts have once and for all been broken.

For man the selfish devastation devil he has been truly awoken.

Instead of continuing to remain in harmony and peaceful accord.

We have collectively decided to undertake all the devil's work.

We slowly obliterate wonderful nature and its wondrous beasts.

On the tainted glory of the desired kill the wealthy gun men feast.

Corporations in sways bulldozing and destroying natural habitat.

With politicians blessing as long as someone pays a lot of cash.

Whole populations still killing and eating anything that breathes.

Vast fishing vessels destroying and rapidly emptying all our seas.

Beautiful animals killed so an old man can get a sexual hard on.

For longevity, good health, for pleasure the bullshit just goes on.

Animals killed and dissected for humans’ health and well-being.

Indigenous tribes deafened by the sound of constant tree felling.

Cultures, customs, history, people and the beauty is slowly lost.

People who have the power, money sadly could not give a toss.

Millions of years it took for the wonderment of all nature to evolve.

Happily improving and adapting as the world continued to revolve.

Yet modern man somehow as usual always thinks he knows best.

Each day he puts the resilience and survival of nature to the test.

Determined on destroying and eliminating everything in its path.

You must ask the serious question now, how long can nature last.

Generations to come when we show pictures to all our children.

The only nature we will ever see will be in an old photograph album.

If man succeeds in his quest to destroy all the wonderous nature.

Then we would have eliminated humans most natural protector.

You are a foolish man if you think without nature we can survive.

There's one guarantee we have without nature man will slowly die.

A wonderful point made Tobani it is hard not to stomp out flowers in the path of a riot. The balance of nature is overturned when the population of a species outgrows its controls. Answer that no one wants to see is (Too many people) a fave for the message my friend

This reads like one of the judgments being poured out in Revelation. Most people miss it, but that book is highly ecological—God’s grief and anger are deeply tied to the way humanity has ravaged the earth. That’s part of why there’s a new creation in Revelation 21.Your poem is totally in that spirit. I highly approve. This is a very, very important ecological, and I would even say spiritual, work. Well done, my friend! 🌹👏

That is very kind of you to say, it hasn't come up as a fav, I didn't think of it in a religious way until I read your feedback, that's a worry for me, because I can see now it does come across like that, enjoy the rest of your day

Your poem powerfully captures nature’s despair and humanity’s reckless destruction. The raw emotion and urgent message strike deep, demanding reflection. A heartbreaking yet necessary call to action before it’s too late.

What percentage of the population deserves to go anyway? You have clearly diagnosed the sickness, but how many listen? I do even as it makes me feel impotent.
As usual Tobani, you have clear vision, and for that I must thank you.

Nice to see we are on the same page (or within a coupe of pages anyway...)

Answer to Andy, below: It's not 'we' who are doing it (I, where possible am not) But if you are, then it is high time you learned to behave😇

So very true Tobani, we are destroying our world through greed and selfishness.
