They don’t know how,
but they’re alone,
their bio-greed,
gets me in zone,
he entered her,
to make my babe,
born into world,
that’s full of shade.
As it’s ego-friendly!
Desire shines,
to learn the lot,
but theres’ no choice,
asleep in cot,
parents, teachers,
make my spike,
preach to me,
all dislike.
As it’s ego-friendly!
As my degree,
lonely hangs,
my boss’s voice,
makes the clangs,
as I ignore,
what I did learn,
now I want,
to see them burn.
As it’s ego-friendly!
A change is quaint,
I like to fight,
let the row,
be normal plight,
give me a pen,
to slit life’s throat,
coz’ for my friend,
I’ll rig a vote.
As it’s ego-friendly!
Though, food and drink,
is what I need,
there is an urge,
to see them bleed,
so, at checkout,
I’ll pay, be gone,
for I would buy
a big fat bomb.
As it’s ego-friendly!
Still; better days,
for happy ghost,
of which I’ll haunt,
every host,
my silent smile,
will make you scream,
as I shriek,
all that’s unclean.
As I remain so ego-friendly!

- Comment from author about the poem: I promised for a more positive poem, but with what is currently going on in the world; with the continuous pandemic that is called "human decision", we live in a prolonged phase that I would like to call "The Bidding Floor, For Another World War!" With this said, my mind can only reflect on such a sad and infuriating time, thus, I give to you this modern/not so modern familiar piece, that leaves a lot to be desired from our species, yet again! Instead of being "eco-friendly", the ever present measurement of pride, would mean that to be "Ego-Friendly" is the sordid order of the day! I again, will endeavour to find a light, in such a proud, repetitively displayed; manufactured darkness. The banner picture, sadly represents a hope that is forever drowning, by such a horrendous flood, that is remade by our species, generation to generation! I hope, at least, that you take some enjoyment in the wording of this poem, I will try to scribe in a more happy tone next post, and as always, please do stay safe everyone!
