There are at least two there today that struck home and are wiser that the wisest going deep. The last one particularly is most pertinent although on the surface it seems humerus it is so true it is funny. Loved todays selection

Dang! Now my late father's warning returns as I mourn my ruined figure thanks to your excellent reminder. I love this! Pithy sayings few can argue with and laced with such humor it's like Mary Poppins sang about a little sugar helping the medicine to go down more easily. Delightful and beautifully rendered with a touch of imagery and haunting poignancy. Thank you for sharing.
