I say it regularly to all,
Today is the tomorrow,
The tomorrow you worried about,
Worried about yesterday.
As one day at a time is all,
All we can deal with.
We cannot go back,
Go back to yesterday
And tomorrow is uncontrollable,
So all we can do is live,
Live for today.
