It stands there in London Town,
The place where they meet,
Meet and organise life,
Life in our country.
They speak for hours
And help nobody,
Nobody but themselves.
They do what they want,
They have no intention,
No intention of helping us.
But there was one man,
The only man who entered parliament,
Entered parliament with honest intentions,
But sadly he failed.
But we still celebrate this man,
Celebrate him every year,
As we all know,
All know that Guy Fawkes,
Guy Fawkes was that man,
That man that entered parliament,
Entered parliament with honest intentions.

Did not succeed. Should we say 'Aww?' Were we there in person? Were we in the conspiracy, you and I? lol.
I probably mucked it up - the gunpowder made me sneeze and they heard us and found us plotting.
Thanks Orchi, if only you hadn't sneezed. LOL

Unfortunately those with good intentions are usually hunted down by those in high places. The U.S, had its Guy Fox too but he is not celebrated but by a few. His name was Ted Kaczynski the Unabomber. Would never have been caught but for being turned in by his brother's wife recognizing wording from his manifesto. Love the timely read Andy
Thank you soren, much appreciated.

Most welcome Andy
Timely - yes good intntions often fall foul of those with bad intentions
Thank you Michael. Yes very true.

Hope there is another video that would suit as this one is not available. (Perhaps unavailable in my region, it doesn't say) So much to think about here! Good stuff 🕊️🙏
Sorry about the video not playing it was Sergei Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No. 2, Adagio.
Andy
Nice. I will listen to that when we get home tonight 🕊️🙏🏻
