On this starlit Christmas morning,
My heart is filled with deepest longing
To see you smile, to banish every frown.
Beneath the twinkle of the starry lights,
You are the reason my world feels right,
Each day I love you more and more.
Our arms round each other, the laughter shared,
The secrets whispered through the night,
All are sweeter, richer, and rare
Because you’re here, my guiding light.
No gift in paper, box or bow
Could match the joy you bring to me;
You are my Christmas miracle,
My heart’s own perfect melody.
So, as we count the midnight chimes
And welcome in this Christmas day,
Know that you are always mine,
My love, my home, my Christmas, always.
