I was walking home one night
And s it was late I took a shortcut,
A shortcut through the cemetery.
I heard some tapping
So I walked faster
But I only got nearer
As the tapping got louder.
Then I saw a man,
A man chiselling,
Chiselling on a tombstone.
So I walked up to him
I asked him,
“Why are you working so late?”
He looked round at me and replied,
“They spelt my name wrong!”
