Wet Words.

Goldfinch60

The words of poems can be hard to form

And sometimes not at all

But why do words come to my mind

As I enter the shower stall!

Hi Goldfinch, this is very relatable. Especially when driving, showering, shaving or some other mundane task. I actually read it's something to do with how the brain works. If you sit down to purposefully write then...nothing!

The mind and soul relaxes when the pen and paper is replaced by the shower and shampoo ๐Ÿงด ๐Ÿšฟ ๐Ÿงผ ๐Ÿ–Š๏ธ ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

Funny, showers are most oddly the places where inspiration seems to dance freely, dunno why.

Yes, that is so true CM. thank you.

Waterproof slate and wax crayon permanently installed in shower?

For me, just as I'm in the twilight state between wakefulness and sleep. Unmotivated, the masterpiece lost forever.....

                • Goldfinch60

Fine idea Dave but as you say those masterpieces can be lost in various times.

Agree with your comment dully. I get inspired exactly in places where am unable to pen my thoughts to words many a time.

                  • Goldfinch60

                    Thank you Nafisa.
