Prithee, I'm lazy... what's a "sovereign citizen"? Last I recall, it seemed to be the claim from individuals who refused to obey the laws of the land. The instances illustrating encounters never but showed rebellious idiots. Lovely mono-rhyme quartrain of sorts. Thank you for sharing.
