Fox in the henhouse

sorenbarrett

Hiring a thief to clean your house is making a guardian of your cheese out of a mouse
A left out egg to a snake exposed, is a foregone sentence on the weak imposed
Is the shepherd of guilt exempt, when he leaves his flock, the wolf to tempt
Why must we the fire blame, on the match when it is we that lit the flame in a house of thatch

I suppose if someone left a fifty euro note on the floor just to see who would pick it up it would be me who picked it up! And I'd keep it🤣 We can be our own worst enemy it's true. 🌹
