Impasse

StormyDay

I found myself in a dark wood
Torn between what is and what could
And there I stopped to rest
Pondering what to do next

Hanging my head down, slowly it dawned,
That I was not alone in these woods...
Life which I could not now see, scrurried
And tip-toed and crept 'round where I stood....

Light streamed down through transluscent leaves
Through down to my very soul it seems
It filled me with warmth and hope for what's ahead
No longer in this darkened wood did I dread

As the life flutt'ring and stirring about
My heart stirring and flutt'ring free of doubt,
Hope took my hand, love and truth led the way
As forth of dark woods, I now found the day!!
