I thought of you...
You did of me,
What came of that? You know:
It made me smile happily!
'Cuz you like me
And I like you,
How did that happen, hmm...
Just ask love, what did he use?
To work such things
'Tis cupid's trade,
And none can say quite how
In some mysterious way,
He worked it thus.
And here we are...
We love to think of us
And blissfully dream so far
Of future days....
We know not yet;
How soon or where or now,
Or IF, or whether or when......
Just that we think:
Of me, of you,
Of us, of we, so much.......
And Oh! so happily too!
So I'll of you
Think happily
And you will of me too...
Together we are dreaming.

Thank you very much!
I like this poem a great deal. The 4,4,6,7 makes for a nicely flowing piece of poetry. The subject too is perfect! Well done to you.
