Looking in the mirror

Kimmerz

In life, the mysteries confuse us, rattle us and mesmorise
we fight, we love, we dont always agree
but in time,we shall not judge for what we dont know
we shall not ask of others we are not prepared to do
and we shall look hard into the mirror before we judge
because the one that sees us the most harshly has the biggest lesson to learn.

That is so true...... "the one that sees us the most harshly has the biggest lesson to learn." Good write!

    Agreeable.
    Nicely put.
But sometimes something said can be taken in a defensive way as judgement when really all it is, is advice of a loving kind. Not intended to offend or hurt.
For in life it is best to remain teachable for we never stop learning in life and love.

  • Cheeky Missy

Fascinating! Excellent observation! You stated it all so very well. As the Lord says, "Judge not that ye be not judged..."...we too easily fall into it, but here again is the admonishment advising wisdom, and something like love. Excellently and rather succinctly put! Your concluding thought is particularly powerful, and the title says it all so well.
