Only You, Valentine.....

Cheeky Missy

"A Fortnight of Valentines"---my latest (crazy)whimsy....a collection of sappy sonnet (attempts), fraught with redundancy, and so hastily executed and crafted by imaginative fancy as to hopefully not be too repulsive to the reader.  And yes, fairly UNedited, presently.

Day thirteen

(sonnet attempt # XXVIII)

XXVIII

Who makes the day begin so sweetly, eh?
Who touches me like no one else e'er could?
Who moves my hear and soul with one sweet look?
Who makes my heart stop. flutter....gaily race?
Who makes the blush that overspreads my face?
Who makes my eyes to sparkle, as love would?
Who subtly caught me sweetly on love's hook?
Who makes me smile, which nothing can erase?
Whose hand clasps mine so like the perfect glove?
Whose love's ecstasy, when you call me Mine?
Who's my world, giving me the stars above?
Whose eyes can make or break...my day define?
Whose voice is music which I dearly love?
Whose love created mine? Yours, Valentine!

Well, I dunno about that....I wish. Thank you very much...seems everyone else has tired of these valentines, seeing they've now had a fortnight's worth of them. Thanks again!
