Trudging on the untrodden avenue of life,
Contending hard to claim my destiny.
Unforeseen turns sometimes wears me down,
Future seems pale, and it feels all moan,
In the world where known strangers exist.
Journey seems to come to an edge,
neither a call nor a hand to help,
Its when my soul bellows for solace in HIS arms,
To kindle the unextinguished hearth in me,
Empower to brave the speed breakers on my way...

Very nice poem - very well written. I absolutely love some of the individual lines, especially "Trudging on the untrodden avenue of life". I love it. 🙂

Beautiful and fascinating depiction of "hard times" and this "life." Excellent! Very well depicted! I love the concluding lines, for the Lord alone gives the strength and deliverance to continue.
I dedicate this poem to Japan victims from the bottom of my heart!:(
