Ahhhhhh AVI ~ AQUATHERAPY ~ AWESOME ! I teach the value of AQUATHERAPY to my Beauty Therapy students and its not just the "buoyancy factor" for ease of exercise. Total immersion in water is always therapeutic ! Some of my rich friends have home saunas and I love to get in ~ alone or wit friends it is so relaxing and communal ! When I visited the Horseshoe Falls in Canada I had a strong urge to jump in. Waterfall Climbing (just in shorts) was one of my hobbies but we don't have many in the UK ! I am a Water Baby ! AVI ~ Yes of course we spend our first nine moths in an aqueous environment ~ so uit is a back to the womb experience ! The good vibes in the Jacuzzis (I meant to say JACUZZIS and not SAUNAS ~ which are steamy !) are lovely ! My friend in New Jersey has one in the GARDEN ! Love & HUGS ~ BRIAN
I want a womb with a view, but now that I think about it, that defeats the purpose. Heh,heh. I vaguely remember that there are studies out there that some of us are made sick by all the input and distraction. Great advice.
