R RESCUE WORKERS Nurses ~ Teachers ~ Carers
T THEY are mainly Female ~ because they do
H HAVE more empathy ~ and they are more ANGELIC !
A ANGELS of Planet Earth are all Humans
N NOMINATED by God ~ because of their
G GREAT love for people ~ especially for those
E EXPERIENCING loss and grief and pain
L LOOK OUT for them where there is the most need
S SUPER POWERS of "healing" ~ but no wings !

I have experienced the presence and TLC of an Earth Angel
have you ? Maybe you are one ! All Nurses are Angels !!
This Acrostic is written in the form of a 3 ~ 5 ~ 6 blank verse
Sonnet. There are 14 lines (as in all sonnets) and each line has
ten syllables ~ iambic pentameter ~ OK.

- Comment from author about the poem: Sometimes GOD provides an Earth Angel just in the right place ~ at the right time ! Earlier this year I was crossing a busy road (at a crossing) carrying two bags. I stumbled and fell and received a cut above my eye and felt quite dazed. Suddenly ~ out of nowhere ~ two young ladies appeared helped me to my feet and said don't worry we are Nurses. One stopped he bleeding and the other went in the Pub and brought out a chair and a glass of water. She stayed with me while the other one went and got her car and they drove me to a Walk-in Medical Centre. While I was checking in they just disappeared ! The staff at the Centre stitched my wound ~ made sure I was OK and I was able to walk back to my car and drive back to my flat. Coincidence or Earth Angels ? You have to judge for yourself ! Thanks CHRIS ~ I agree with you about Teachers ~ especially those who teach Teens ! All my Students are 16+ and are studying subjets they enjoy such as Engineering ~ Catering ~ Hair & Beauty etc ~ so i don't have any discipline problems ! I believe that your comment, before "I was crossing the street" was supposed to be preceded by the truth, which was--- Early one morning I was walking out of a pub; I had bags under my eyes. Crossing the street........heh, heh. Yes we are unaware of angels in our lives.
WELL "A" WHATEVER ! Praise GOD ~ whi is no respecter of persons or circumstances and whether a person fell "High on the Spirit" coming out of the Church or "High on the spirits" coming out of the PUB ~ He would still direct one of His Earth Angels to pick them up and dust them down. Unlike the story of the GOOD SAMARITAN where God's Earth Angel was not the priest (TOO HOLY) or th LEVITE (TOO ACADEMIC) but the Despised Samaritan Business Man !
