I met him so long it seems
But even that day there was a knowing
that we had feelings for each other
and there was no hiding, they were showing
Brown eyes looking into brown
Pupils dilated as they were
Shy kisses on occasion
more and more, this was for sure
Several months after meeting,
he asked me to marry him
Of course I said "yes!" but
some thought it was on a whim
Married two years later
with a bouncing baby boy
A picture of happy family
This certainly was no ploy
Our love grows ever stronger
with each passing day
May God bless our family
in every possible way
May God bless you and yours!
