Why not smell the flowers,
They make you feel so good,
The fragrances are so beautiful,
You want to pick them if you could.
Flowers are one of God's creations,
Here for all of us short or tall,
So why not take the time to smell them,
In the winter, spring, summer or fall.

Great write
There is a line from a poem, "Everything I do I rush through so I can do something else". In a world of nine to five jobs, crowded "freeways", studio apartments, and fast-food ickiness, sometimes you have to stop and smell the flowers, or you're liable to forget what life's all about.
One of my favorite things to do and I am sometimes disappointed by the lack of fragrance. There again there are memories of fragrant bliss. Nicely done.
