Late night thoughts !!!!

P.H.Rose

Late night thoughts!!!

Windows shatter, the storm is yet to peak,
In this world, will I ever find any peace.
Their Fingers wag, on each and every turn,
Logs in my fireplace, haven't even started to burn.
Alone these four walls, can crush my very soul,
When window breaks, to road my escape brings.
Time is not as solid, as man would make you think,
Like wind it flies, in and out, as water down a sink.
Love is the only real currency, not note nor coin,
It's Reward is measured, in an almost infinite amounts.
What really matters, you cannot see,
Confidence in knowing, is all that makes us be...
So my friends, my time is almost run,
The light fades, tears roll, as I watch my setting sun....

      Thank you WBL
      I've just wrote
      Another one
      Called
      "A night walker aged seven"
I love laying in bed writing
All I can Hear is the odd car
      Driving past, the local cats
      Fighting and my beautiful lady
Snoring... ha ha.. yes she snores.

Funny thing is when women get it they make even more fuss and don't get castigated for it - and I guess now I'm in trouble with the ladies. Anyway glad you're improving.

Very good write. Great line "Love is the only real currency, not note nor coin," so true.
