Do you ever get the feeling that...
Your friends hate you more than the days in a year
And the ones who don't are only minuscule
And the things that annoy them are the things you do
And they secretly give you dirty looks?
And It's just like
Anxiety is taking over your mind
Sitting on your brain and controlling your life
Making random choices
And turning your life upside down
Well, do you ever realize..
That your friends love you more than the amount of atoms in the universe
That it's better to have a few trusting friends than loads of fakes
That they adore the cute little things you do
And that they think about you everyday?
And It's just like
Glee is exploding in your brain
Floating around and letting you be free
Allowing you to do what you please
Making your life as perfect as it can be

- Comment from author about the poem: I really like this poem because it relates to me. I used to think my friends hate me because one of my best friends and I would always get in to fights and it just made me feel like a horrible person and that I didn't deserve to be friends with any of them. Now I am starting to think that they actually do like me and I'm just over thinking it.
