What can deparate us from GOD's awesome Love ?
TROUBLE ~ I don't think so HARDSHIP ~ We can cope with that
PERSECUTION ~ We expect that HUNGER ~ ! can cope with that
POVERTY ~ JESUS was poor ! DANGER ~ GOD strengthens us
DEATH ~ JESUS has conquered Sin & Death & Hell ~ AMEN
SO ~ What can separate us from the LOVE of GOD ? NOTHING !
Neither Death nor Life ~ Angels in Heaven or Demons in Hell
Neither things Past nor things Present nor things in the Future !
In all things with Our GOD ~ we are always VICTORIOUS
GOD is Sovereign and Reigns over ALL ~ AMEN
The Love of GOD how rich and pure ~ How measureless
And strong ~ it shall forever more endure
The Saints on Earth and Heaven's Angels Song !

God's implicit love is brought out so well in this verse of true faith dear Brian - - a wonderful reminder that nothing can harm us with God at our side.
Thanks for your encouraging comments FAY. That Scriptures (Romans 8 v 28) promise that: "All things fit into a pattern for good ~ for those that love God and seek to walk in His way" This is a tremendous promise and one that i find works out in day to day life. Thanks for caring ~ B
A fine write. Some may be bound to bring up, e.g. But there's people starving in the world....' etc, or things like that. Yet it's surely man's doing that such states exist. Of course it's not the fault of those starving, or oppressed, or whatever their 'innocent suffering' may be.
Thanks "O" you have highlighted a paradox. God created a Planet with its abundance of fresh water and oxygen for life (all free) and complex mineral cycles and food chains and food webs of flora and fauna enough to feed the World. God also created Man with a brain complex enough for him to develop agriculture and animal husbandry etc to enable him to harness the Planets food and water resources. The Planet can easily feed 7.3 billion Humans and much more. The reason why 20 million are facing starvation in East Africa is not God's fault it is due to war and strife and Man's inhumanity to Man and also Anthropogenic (man-made) increase in atmospheric CO2 etc which is causing global warming ~ drought etc the fault (as you ay) lies with MAN not GOD that millions are starving in the 21s C. Thanks CHRIS ~ I know I posted a Sunday Song on a Thursday ! We were studying Paul' Letter to the Church @ Rome and thought the passage at the end of Chapter 8 would make a good free verse sonnet ~ so i wrote it today.
