My love

Abel

Oh my queen, My love where

Have you been my dear?

Without you I fear

My Grandeur is as black as sky

My throne is as cold as ice.

Oh My love, where are you now?

I had travelled a thousand miles,

Intending to search your smile,

I'm weak as time passing by

Cannot comprhend the wrong and the right

Your return is what I'm expecting every night.

My love, the gates and the doors

Of my Grandeur will always be open

Your favorite flowers on the floor

For the most beautiful creature that walk among men.

My love, it seems I'm losing my sense

As times consumes my strength,

As weather changes, I'm slowly fading

Your presence, what my heart's craving.

When pain I cannot endure anymore

When water from my eyes I cannot control,

By your grave side, I'm at peace I know

Cause for you my only love

I've submitted my soul.

WELCOME ABEL ~Thank you for your first and very heart rending poem. I guess that losing one's Partner and Lover must be the greatest loss of all. You have expressed your sorrow very openly and poignantly in this very elegantly penned poem. I am pleased that you have found (some) peace at her graveside. Thanks for caring and sharing ~ BRIAN (UK). Please check my poems ~ Thanks B.
