Silence

avigail

I would like to take you into a silence~ sound~ space

Close the door; leave your phone outside…

Lie slowly, observe how you place your body parts.

Consciously, with intention and attention, remove stress and tension from your bio-systems.

Consciously, with intention and attention, remove stress and tension from mind systems: thoughts, emotions sensations, memories, imagination and beliefs:

Observe  space,

The space between words

The space between thoughts

The space between sensations

The space between memories

The space in your imagination

The space between your beliefs

Breathe deeply and let go

Listen to your breathe

Listen to your body.

Pour Spirit dimension into BodyMind

Be BodyMindSpirit

Harmonically create silence~ sound~ space home – in you

Attune your being

Optimize vitality.

Manifest love, well being and creativity.

Live.

Love the shape of your poem AVI ~ It brought to mind many things ! I also love the theme "The Sound of Silence" I was Course Tutor for an Environmental Monitoring Course and one of the elements was ACOUSTICS ! We had a sound proof room and the Males were encouraged to go in in just a pair of swimming trunks and the girls in a bikini (individually !) so there was no extraneous sound from outer clothing ! It was a mind opening experience ! In the absence of all extraneous sound one heard one's heart ~ breathing ~ joints moving ~ digestive system etc. In other words (as you point out) one heard oneself for the first time. For me the new level of self-awareness was infinite ~ I was born again. I love you AVI for all the beauty and sensation and self belief and self awareness you bring to this humble site ~ THANK YOU ~ HUGS ~ BRIAN XOX
