- Comment from author about the poem: EASTER is one of the most important Christian Festivals ~ Celebrating the Redeeming DEATH of JESUS ~ His miraculous RESURRECTION ~ His awesome ASCENSION back to HEAVEN to be with GOD His Father. Easter is all about Ressurection ~ New Birth and New Life ! So in a way all the modern images of Easter ~ Eggs ~ Spring ~ New chicks & lambs do relate to Easter because through Faith we can be BORN AGAIN and have A New Life and God's Holy Spirit dwelling in us and giving us all the Fruit of the Spirit ~ Love ~ Joy ~ Peace etc to make our lives happier and more fulfilled ~ AMEN !
