Wasted On the Young

Garry

Youth is wasted on the young.
So give me mine,
just one more time
I want to
waste it
all again.

So do I - can we do it together?

Good write, would we have learned from our mistakes or were our mistakes the fun part of being young, in my case it was a very long time ago.

Mine seems quite a while ago! In one sense at least

I don't know if I want to go back. Very thought-provoking.

Me neither. It's not about going back it's more a musing on the freedom and lack of responsibility that I had and didn't realize at the time. More generally it is about making sure we are mindful of what we have and fully appreciating it.
At least i think it might be.
Your guess is as good as mine.
I write to get a nice flow of words and phrases. It's a bonus when they mean something

          Well done nonetheless! 🙂
