Them beautiful sleepless nights
Just something about it all is so beautiful, isn't it?
How it's just you and only yourself that are here.
Everyone we know are asleep.
No-one can hurt us at these times.
Nothing to be afraid of.
Nothing to be judged over.
It's just simply beautiful just you and your thoughts and no-one to ruin it.
But it's so quick how time passes.
Everyone is awakening.
We need to sleep now

Yes, we need to sleep and we need to awaken. Beautiful sleeping night sings more. This is interesting sharing done here.

WELCOME ALEX ~ Thanks for a very elegant first poem ~ in both structure and subject ~ delightful ! I agree with you ~ it is so so peaceful. Th Good Book exhorts us "To lie on our bed and MEDITATE !" We can communicate with our inner self ~ with Mother Nature (the scents & sounds of the Night) and even with GOD Himself ~ God is always awake to hear our prayer.
