She doesn’t care,
If she wastes gas.
Always refusing,
To let anyone pass.
Pedal to the metal,
Excessive speed.
Never drives the limit,
Always exceeds.
Music blaring,
Windows down.
Subwoofer pounding,
Horrible sounds.
So rude to others,
She better watch out.
Spark road rage battles?
There'll be no doubt.
Type A person,
Never staying put.
Could cost a life,
With her lead foot.

Oh yes we all know them especially the ones with the so-called music blaring out - mind you I do drive pretty fast myself and just hate it when the person in front of is wearing a cap or has a cauliflower hair-do (do you get this in the USA ? - slow driving pensioners that is ) - mind you many of them are probably younger than me anyway!
Thanks Michael and Yes. I have heard the elderly drivers called white heads and snow bunnies. I hate the drivers with the blaring music, as well. Stupid boom boxes thumping late at night in the summer time. The biggest problem, though, that I did not mention, are the cellphone users who drive right at you and them catch themselves, at the last minute. I do not do that nor do I exceed the limit. Don't have the nerve 🙂
I agree entirely - road users of the type your verse describes are a true menace to themselves and others. Good points raised here my friend.
Thanks poet pal. Some people are just plain crazy and ignorant. We have cases of road rage a lot in the U.S. Petty arguments turned deadly, in some cases, I am afraid. People should show respect of one another, but that seems to be lost once some get behind the wheel. Thanks very much for your comment!
Wow, wonderful poem you have here.
Thanks so very much for saving it as a favorite Lizzy! 🙂 Thanks for the comment, as well!
A fine write.

Thank you Tony! Don't drive those tractors too fast 🙂
Welcome, I promise not to
I'm a speeder and a rager but not type A...lol. Great poem.
Thanks vvnrose! I am pretty boring behind the wheel. I do like to sing along to the radio! But, only when I am alone 🙂
Good write, the ones that get me are those in cars that do not realise that there is a lever to turn on indicators to INDICATE which way they are going.
Me too! I have a bumper sticker that says, "Wicked Smaaart! Use your F-Bomb Blinka!" Being from New England, we always say "wicked cool," stuff like that. But there is a joke that using your blinka is a sign of weakess... 🙂 Not very funny if you cause an accident.. would you agree? Thanks for the comment Goldfinch!
