societys a bitch
they pick on you for who you are
they never accept you
its just not fair
whats the point in fitting in
when everyone points it out
that you dont really matter
theres always something to talk about
wether its the colour of someones hair
or the colour of their skin
they cant seem to accept
that they just dont fit in
would you dare to be any different
just to make them feel better
i know what ill do
ill give them this letter
i want you to accept me
in anyway i am
you cant go on like this
hating every thing i am
im not less human than you
im not scary
im nice
and friendly
take me as i am
let me be me
i dont want war
i want you to leave me be

Good write. Be yourself and if others don't like it that is their problem, not yours.
Very nice message and poem. It is hard to be ourselves, but we must not give in.
