Sunset of Life.

Goldfinch60

The clouds in my life have always been there,

They brought the sadness that sometimes came into it,

The tears they brought mingled with the rain.

I look back at those clouds in my aging life,

Those clouds have changed,

Changed the way that my life is now.

Those clouds who once brought me rain,

Now just add colour to my sky

As they and I go towards the sunset of my life.

Clouds really do bring beauty to the skies and certainly give me much pleasure - great write.

Thanks Michael, the picture is one of mine by the way, I used to do a great deal of photography and am slowly starting to get back to it.

Well it's a superb picture - you must post more of them.

Oohhh but it's only dawn for us - seeing as we're millions of years old! heehee.
Sensitive write, with hope. Not as if 'Doom and gloom; the end is nigh'.

        • Goldfinch60

There is no doom and gloom as I know that I am going to always be with My Spirit.

I have a collection of sunrise and sunset pictures of clouds . I wish this site was more liberal about posting pictures . I love clouds ! At night between the moon and me .Racing thunderstorm clouds on the Prairie . Cottonball clous on a warm summer's day . The calico gray of winter announcing snow is on the way . Clouds YAY !

So agree, clouds can be glorious.
