A little longer

If I could have you
a little longer
even for just
one more day
then my heart
would be much lighter
and i wouldn't feel this way

        When it's gone it's gone.
        But on the bright side if your heart were always light where would the poetry come from?
        I guess we could all be happy and just write limericks 🙂

          Im always happy , it's just my poems that aren't.

            I do brooding pretty well. I do intense expertly. I do happy when there's no compelling reason not to.
            I'm a ray of sunshine, unfortunately I'm a ray of sunshine falling on a battleground.
