Judgement

ShannonXx

Judged

I feel this all the time

The piercing stare

Unsettling silence

Feeling self conscious for a while

Snide little comments

Were they meant at me

Or just a joke

I hope that's what they mean

Judgemental words

Vicious comments

Not needed I would say

The words pump venom through my veins

Attacks my heart

Feeling my world fall more apart

Low self-esteem

Low confidence

Feeling no good

A future non-existent

Sadness in my eyes

Why say these things

It only hurts me inside

PLEASE DON'T JUDGE ~ AND YOU WON'T BE JUDGED ! Trouble is SHANNON ~ Good people like you and don't go round judging people and yet we get judged ~ often for the smallest thing. I just ignore their rantings and get on with my Life but (as you say) IT HURTS. Thinking of you and praying for you ~ Your Friend BRIAN Xx Please check my Poems ~ a sad one todya ~ Thamks B.

Yes that is very true! It does hurt when people say cruel things but I also try to ignore it. I will definitely check your poem, thank you for your comment.

A fine write S. Sometimes we may imagine this, unless people actually DO or SAY something hurtful to us. Most people really are too wrapped up with what they are doing, their own business, etc.

Thank you, and yes this is true

I like the flow and pace of this piece. Good writing. I bet few if any of those who judged you could turn emotion into art as well as you have done here.
