lived Life....

P.H.Rose

              Lived Life....

Take hold this life, as it will pass,
Words be littered as blades of grass.
Time moves on like waters roar,
Emptying the bucket, out its pour.
Memories, of health and wealth,
Added to, your happy self.
Moments of madness, days of joy,
Both as equal, that you employ.
When last breath comes, upon its date,
Have no regrets, for nows too late...

Don't you just love it when a jewel such as this just comes to you in its entirety in the shower or on awakening. I believe our brains are working the night. Love the "happy self", something I strive for. Enjoyed. Hugs.
