Hello Margaret
It's been thirty years now to the day
Gee , I would like to ask how are you doing but that seems silly now anyway
Hard to believe it's been thirty years to the exact day . Thirty years since you took your life away
Angel is all grown up with two children and another on the way . When I asked her if she wanted to come she just looked down and said ,"Tell her that I love her." It still bothers her unfortunately .
Me ? Well I grieved for years but finally crawled out of my hole . I met Ann and she has made me whole .
You know I love her as much as I love you . It's just another kind of love , different than the love I had for you . She is waiting over there inside the car . She understands how I feel and will always be that way .
We have children now , two of our own . I think you would love them if it were left to God above .
But it's not about me that brings me here today . I just had to see you and just wanted to say , that I still love you and will never change my way . And for some strange reason I thought I would hear from you saying you felt the same way .

Thank you for reading P.H.Rose .
Sorry you had this kind of loss early in you life. Must have devastating. Also sounds like you landed on your feet. To the reader seems you are at grave side. I don't hear any anger in your words, only love and understanding. Kudos.
Thank you Agustus for reading and leaving a wonderful comment .
Beautiful, heart-rendering poem, swingline! I can relate to the experience of it taking a new love to bring one out of the despair of losing a loved one.
Isn't it interesting how Kathy was able to view the scene you portray from the point of view of the lady waiting in the car? She is special, is she not?
Whoa , a lot there to comment on . Thank you Lous , yes that is something .
