I sat and reflected on times past
When I was well within your grasp
You took my dreams and turned them sour
My soul, my love they did devour
An endless void within my heart
My sanity you tore apart
My allies you turned to foe
You blinded me I did not know
And after I was left a husk
From your addiction and your lust
There was no love, withdrawl's a bitch
And out of wounds came every stitch
Silent tears turn my cheeks wet
I'm the oldest child you've ever met.

- Comment from author about the poem: Warning: I swear once sorry... didn\\\'t want to make it 18 years or older cause I am 15 so that would t make sense. \r\nWrite this in the spur of the moment (deliriously tired late at night) like usually.\r\nEnjoy!

HI AZURA ~ LOVE THE PICTURE AND THE POEM ~ They complement each other ~ you are very talented visually and verbally. As soon as we are Teens we all search for the "experience" of Loving and being Loved. Once in a while ~ along the way ~ Love's been good to me and it is what i was born for and live for ~ The ECSTASY of LOVE ! BUT ~ like you ~ I have also experienced the AGONY of LOVE ~ when love turned sour and the JOY dropped out of my LIFE. I am currently in a good caring & sharing relationship ~ which makes a Happy Man of ME ! Thanks for caring & sharing ~ Every Blessing ~ HUGS BRIAN (UK) Please check my Poem ~ Thanks B.
