She stood there lost on thoughts. Her eyes looked faded like two stars frozen on a gap of time.
Her lips were slightly open resembling two petals of a rosy colored flower. The light shining on her hair created a brilliant crown over her head, turning her slick black hair into a cascade of golden and red tones. She looked so angelic and innocent.
Looking at her young face I felt a deep maternal affection toward her. The pain she was feeling was disturbing me. It sent a confusing agony to my stomach and made me want to take her inside my arms and sing for her. Sing a babyish lullaby of sweet and comforting notes. From that moment on, I knew she was part of my life. I would never let her go from my heart.
